After some careless play in the CA Argentino Sur defense, Vladimiro Garaile kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Siegmund Brähmig. The CA Argentino Sur fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Siegmund Brähmig should have stopped the shot. In the 21st minute, Vladimiro Garaile fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Maximino Eutor took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Telesforo De la Rosa. Telesforo De la Rosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. After 26 minutes, Lucio Raitin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CA Argentino Sur and the Sportivo Larroque players grew even worse after the yellow card. Lucio Raitin kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Siegmund Brähmig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Garaile, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. But to his dismay, Maximino Eutor quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 46th minute Segundo Goizeder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Telesforo De la Rosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Sportivo Larroque's Telesforo De la Rosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximino Eutor in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, Sportivo Larroque's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Eutor came free, but Telesforo De la Rosa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CA Argentino Sur's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 61stth minute of the game Vladimiro Garaile who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but CA Argentino Sur's Siegmund Brähmig was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Siegmund Brähmig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conrado Justin in the 64th minute of the match.
