Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) After some careless play in the Nueva Luna defense, Efrain Theodore kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Argoitz. The Nueva Luna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Argoitz should have stopped the shot. Zacarias Salvator came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Nueva Luna's Blas Beat. But to his dismay, Blas Beat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 8 minutes into the game, Blas Beat recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zacarias Salvator. Blas Beat showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-1. Zacarias Salvator showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleuterio Maria in the 11th minute of the match. After 13 played minutes Nueva Luna got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Calvet. In the 14th minute of the match Hector Cortez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hugo Argoitz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 15 minutes into the game, Eloy Dalmai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nueva Luna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esquel the free kick. In the 15th minute, Eloy Dalmai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Nueva Luna's zone, Florentino Rumaldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Argoitz came out of the goal and Florentino Rumaldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Blas Beat hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. 25 minutes into the match, Esquel's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Beat came free, but Zacarias Salvator reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 27 minutes, Hector Cortez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Esquel and the Nueva Luna players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hector Cortez hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. When Eloy Dalmai came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Nueva Luna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eloy Dalmai couldn't finish the play. In the 31st minute Eloy Dalmai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Salvator saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Argoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Rumaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 36 minutes, Eleuterio Maria managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nueva Luna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eleuterio Maria was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Esquel's Zacarias Salvator got control of the ball when Eleuterio Maria tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Eloy Dalmai came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Nueva Luna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eloy Dalmai couldn't finish the play. Eleuterio Maria's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Zacarias Salvator skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gavino Miro hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Blas Beat made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Florentino Rumaldo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hugo Argoitz. Nueva Luna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florentino Rumaldo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. 55 minutes into the match, Nueva Luna's Eloy Dalmai sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zacarias Salvator narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 56th minute Blas Beat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Salvator saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Nueva Luna's Gavino Miro in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Esquel's goalie prevented a goal. Eleuterio Maria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Zacarias Salvator tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eleuterio Maria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Esquel's Zacarias Salvator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eleuterio Maria in the 62nd minute of play. When Francisco Marko fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Esquel's protests and gave Francisco Marko a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute, Francisco Marko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the game, Eloy Dalmai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Zacarias Salvator was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eleuterio Maria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, Evelio Oxel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Blas Beat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zacarias Salvator was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Gavino Miro put it in 4-2 from a short distance just to the right of Zacarias Salvator. Zacarias Salvator showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eleuterio Maria, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. When the match clock showed 78 minutes, the score became 5-2 when Eloy Dalmai sped through Esquel's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zacarias Salvator. Gavino Miro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Salvator having to interfere. Eloy Dalmai recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Miro in the 85th minute of play forced Esquel's goalkeeper Zacarias Salvator to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The throw-in from Severino Quexal in the 92nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Nueva Luna's Eloy Dalmai. Nueva Luna's Eleuterio Maria got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gavino Miro in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zacarias Salvator prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
