In the 39th minute, Gavino Miro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, SAN MARTIN DE IRIARTE's Baldomiro Mitxaut got a free kick in the 45th minute. After a defensive mix-up in SAN MARTIN DE IRIARTE's zone, Eloy Dalmai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaldo Janpier came out of the goal and Eloy Dalmai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
