Rogelio Nuxila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Mon in the 20th minute of play forced Rombo Atlético Fútbol's goalkeeper Zeledon Anaya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Rombo Atlético Fútbol fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zeledon Anaya should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 68 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Julian Mon sped through Rombo Atlético Fútbol's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zeledon Anaya. Rombo Atlético Fútbol's Per-Oskar Holmgren was substituted for Isidoro Urbez. Zeledon Anaya made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Ricardo Kelemen sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Rombo Atlético Fútbol getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Nestor Ramirez hit a great ball. In the last second Zeledon Anaya throw himself and got hold of the ball when Julian Mon in the 75thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Rogelio Nuxila's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zeledon Anaya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Rombo Atlético Fútbol's Per-Oskar Holmgren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ubaldo Unai narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ushuaia FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
