The audience thought a goal was coming when Yusuf Halland got free with Abelardo Alonso in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. José Luis Chilavert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chan Bom, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Club Deportivo Rosamonte's Saverio Eliu pulled a muscle in his back after 11 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mikail Oğuztüzün during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Club Deportivo Rosamonte made a substitution. Higinio Cruz replaced Saverio Eliu. A collision led to Boca Juniors Querido getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Mikail Oğuztüzün hit a great ball. Higinio Cruz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Luis Chilavert having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Rosamonte's goal looked a bit too open when Steve Hyuga came free, but Abelardo Alonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aleksandr Shabrov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Luis Chilavert having to interfere. In the 36th minute Niceto Quentin suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Justino Eusko got his second yellow card in the match during the 36th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Club Deportivo Rosamonte made a substitution. Marcelo Marin replaced Niceto Quentin. The supporters of Club Deportivo Rosamonte booed when Boca Juniors Querido was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Eusko didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 38 played minutes Boca Juniors Querido got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Eguerdi. In the 39th minute of the match Victorino Veronica sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but José Luis Chilavert skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Boca Juniors Querido getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Eulalio Argina hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chan Bom in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg José Luis Chilavert saved Boca Juniors Querido from getting behind. Steve Hyuga was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 46th minute. Boca Juniors Querido's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ovidio Luken during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Aleksandr Shabrov made the kick off in the second half. Chan Bom took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised José Luis Chilavert. José Luis Chilavert dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 67th match minute, Boca Juniors Querido was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltasar Eguerdi to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Boca Juniors Querido's Gilberto Eguen got a free kick in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Atom in the 76th minute of play forced Club Deportivo Rosamonte's goalkeeper Abelardo Alonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abelardo Alonso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yusuf Halland went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Gilberto Eguen hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Boca Juniors Querido's zone, Aleksandr Shabrov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. José Luis Chilavert came out of the goal and Aleksandr Shabrov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 89th minute Yusuf Halland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Alonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 91 minutes Club Deportivo Rosamonte's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eulalio Argina who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Boca Juniors Querido's Yusuf Halland to fire away a dangerous shot which Abelardo Alonso despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Chan Bom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boca Juniors Querido's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
