André Luiz Paiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Bela, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. After some careless play in the Salicas defense, Despot Hodak kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Omar Tirso. The Salicas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Omar Tirso should have stopped the shot. Gualterio Lucado scored 1-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of André Luiz Paiva, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Despot Hodak got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 13th minute Isaac Bela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Luiz Paiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 minutes, Gualterio Lucado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Salicas and the Carbonero FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Carbonero FC's zone, Baldomero Urre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. André Luiz Paiva came out of the goal and Baldomero Urre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. André Luiz Paiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomero Urre in the 25th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Salicas 's Isidoro Jerico got a free kick in the 28th minute. Despot Hodak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Tirso having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Carbonero FC's Despot Hodak slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Omar Tirso. That made the score 2-1 after 31 minutes of play. Carlos Gutxi charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Gutxi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th match minute, Carbonero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Gutxi to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute, Isidoro Jerico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. André Luiz Paiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Bela in the 39th minute of play. Anibal Lorien struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Omar Tirso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carbonero FC. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isidoro Jerico made a kick off. With a little luck, Carbonero FC's André Luiz Paiva got control of the ball when Baldomero Urre tried to sneak it across the goal line. Despot Hodak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Tirso having to interfere. Guadalupe Bolden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Omar Tirso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teofilo Nofre kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Carbonero FC's André Luiz Paiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Jerico in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th match minute, Carbonero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Lorien to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Carbonero FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Anibal Lorien hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the match, Carbonero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Bela came free, but André Luiz Paiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute Isidoro Jerico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Luiz Paiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teofilo Nofre blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Omar Tirso having to make a save. After 85 minutes of play, Carbonero FC's Despot Hodak made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Omar Tirso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Baldomero Urre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but André Luiz Paiva made a huge save. In the 91st minute Isaac Bela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Luiz Paiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, Despot Hodak notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Salicas 's Omar Tirso. Omar Tirso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
