The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edgard Peru during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cerveceros FC's Edgard Peru got a free kick in the 10th minute. Marcos Cavaliere was a little too slow when Arturo Sugar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 11th minute. The score was now 2-0. Amador Patxi did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Marcos Cavaliere 14 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, Amador Patxi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Amador Patxi notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Cerveceros FC's Marcos Cavaliere. Marcos Cavaliere was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A hard shot 21 in the game by Amador Patxi from a close distance when the talented Marcos Cavaliere managed to make a qualified save. Cerveceros FC's players were relieved. 23 minutes into the match, Cerveceros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Patxi came free, but Marcos Cavaliere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amador Patxi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 30 in the game by Amador Patxi from a close distance when the talented Marcos Cavaliere managed to make a qualified save. Cerveceros FC's players were relieved. The audience was convinced that Amador Patxi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcos Cavaliere was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Marcos Cavaliere took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arturo Sugar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Cerveceros FC's Lucio Maidana got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cerveceros FC's goalkeeper Marcos Cavaliere, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pascual Abascal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcos Cavaliere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Sugar in the 57th minute of the match. Marcos Cavaliere stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amador Patxi's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. In the 72ndth minute of the game Amador Patxi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cerveceros FC's Marcos Cavaliere was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcos Cavaliere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Sugar in the 77th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amador Patxi in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Cavaliere prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcos Cavaliere didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amador Patxi went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Pomona AFC's Berdaitz Polentinos was substituted for Amador Patxi. Pomona AFC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sander Bust in the 84th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Berdaitz Polentinos in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Cavaliere prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcos Cavaliere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Sugar, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After 91 minutes, Berdaitz Polentinos made it 10-0 with a short kick to the right side. Cerveceros FC's Marcos Cavaliere tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Cerveceros FC defense, Arturo Sugar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cavaliere. The Cerveceros FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cavaliere should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that Pomona AFC were the better team. Pomona AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
