Marcos Cavaliere showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Richie, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 29th minute, Pascual Abascal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cerveceros FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Bernabe Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixto Valerio in the 36th minute of play forced Cerveceros FC's goalkeeper Marcos Cavaliere to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Cerveceros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tobias Guerrero came free, but Marcos Cavaliere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Bernabe Fernandes came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Cerveceros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernabe Fernandes couldn't finish the play. In the 58th minute Pascual Abascal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabricio Iratzeder saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cerveceros FC's Marcos Cavaliere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Guerrero in the 60th minute of play. Fabricio Iratzeder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Tello in the 71st minute of the match. Alvear's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cerveceros FC the free kick. After 91 played minutes Alvear got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Richie. After a rather tough play, Cerveceros FC's Cristobal Arlo got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After 93 played minutes, Alvear's Edelmiro Richie shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marcos Cavaliere came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alvear reached it. Fabricio Iratzeder had great luck who in the 96thth minute grab hold of the ball when Pascual Abascal from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The Alvear supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cerveceros FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Cerveceros FC.
