An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Farias in the 13th minute of play forced El Destilador F.C.'s goalkeeper Jorge Faron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, El Destilador F.C.'s Honorato Chano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnulfo Ramos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Saturnino Neto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Faron having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Honorato Chano in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnulfo Ramos saved Lugano Star C.D from getting behind. Arnulfo Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorato Chano in the 23rd minute of play. If Pacifico Tejadillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Saturnino Neto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Adan Pietro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the match, Luisito Galsino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jorge Faron. El Destilador F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luisito Galsino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Luisito Galsino hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Andres Farias succeeded in the game's 44th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Lugano Star C.D's Arnulfo Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adan Pietro in the 52nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Pacifico Tejadillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 64th match minute, El Destilador F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Guillen to maneuver through the defense. Jorge Faron made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pacifico Tejadillo in the 65th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, El Destilador F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Andres Farias came free, but Jorge Faron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Faron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andres Farias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 72 minutes of play, Lugano Star C.D's Luisito Galsino made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jorge Faron was left in no man's land by his defense there! Adan Pietro hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Luisito Galsino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Jorge Faron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, El Destilador F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Andres Farias came free, but Jorge Faron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saturnino Neto hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute of the match, Honorato Chano got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arnulfo Ramos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience was convinced that Andres Farias's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Faron was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Lugano Star C.D's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
