When Raul Nel came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Jorgelín Negro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raul Nel couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Agapito Huerta got free with Santo Gelmiro in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agapito Huerta in the 13th minute of play forced Jorgelín Negro's goalkeeper Santo Gelmiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Florentino Maidana in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Hasenkamp's Felipe Ferran.
