Luisinho Negri's late challenge caught a Nottingham Forres FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicolas Cordeiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Hipolito Karlo made a huge save. Zafer Reis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Nicolas Cordeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nottingham Forres FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicolas Cordeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hipolito Karlo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Samuel Presebal charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuel Presebal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 73 played minutes Nottingham Forres FC got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Presebal. After 78 played minutes Defensores HFC got a freekick which was hit by Sebastiano Villa. A hard shot by Sergio Cordarrell from long distance, 80 minutes into the match, got Hipolito Karlo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Ove Skovø hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. A collision led to Defensores HFC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Sebastiano Villa hit a great ball. Hipolito Karlo acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 85th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Sergio Cordarrell. Tomas Etxatxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicolas Cordeiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hipolito Karlo having to interfere.
