In the 2ndth minute of the game Diego Dantae who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Epe FC's Evelio Garcia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 3rd minute, Nereo Javiar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Epe FC's Evelio Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Ubarna in the 5th minute of play. Evelio Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedicto Frederico, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After 11 played minutes Epe FC got a freekick which was hit by Artemio Ganix. Benedicto Frederico struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Evelio Garcia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Salada Grande. After 18 played minutes Epe FC got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Paskal. Epe FC's Evelio Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ubaldo Ubarna in the 20th minute of play. Evelio Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedicto Frederico, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the game, Salada Grande's Gonzalo Lawrence nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Evelio Garcia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 27 minutes into the game, Eugenio Selmo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Epe FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salada Grande the free kick. In the 27th match minute, Epe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Selmo to maneuver through the defense. Evelio Garcia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ubaldo Ubarna in the 32nd minute of the match. Carlos Jiménez charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Jiménez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Salada Grande's Carlos Jiménez got a free kick in the 34th minute. In the 36th minute, Florencio Markel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Salada Grande fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Mancio Puig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Panpili in the 46th minute of the match. The Epe FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Salada Grande were winning 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diego Dantae was the one to do the kick off. Carlos Jiménez hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, Angel Eutropio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mancio Puig was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. 57 minutes into the match, Salada Grande's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Javiar came free, but Mancio Puig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 59 minutes on the clock, Urbano Cebo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 59th match minute, Epe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Urbano Cebo to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Epe FC's zone, Florencio Markel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evelio Garcia came out of the goal and Florencio Markel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Epe FC made a substitution. Guillermo Esiquio replaced Dionisio Paskal. After some careless play in the Epe FC defense, Cipriano Aztore kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Evelio Garcia. The Epe FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Evelio Garcia should have stopped the shot. If Angel Eutropio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evelio Garcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ubaldo Ubarna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Evelio Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Ubarna, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Epe FC's Guido Geofredo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cipriano Aztore in the 79 minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nereo Javiar in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mancio Puig prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Salada Grande getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Ubaldo Ubarna hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Epe FC's Nereo Javiar got a free kick in the 86th minute. The throw-in from Alejandro Bieito in the 90th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Epe FC's Simon Ireno. The crowd rose to their feet as Salada Grande's Ubaldo Ubarna slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Evelio Garcia. That made the score 2-5 after 93 minutes of play. The Epe FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Salada Grande's performance. The match ended with a win for Salada Grande.
