Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Serafin Cordera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reynaldo Frisco having to make a save. 22 minutes into the match, Saturnino Bemabe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonides Oroitz. Central FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saturnino Bemabe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Baltasar Columbo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reynaldo Frisco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Mateo in the 29th minute of play. Leonides Oroitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Bemabe in the 31st minute of play. Reynaldo Frisco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilario Sayvion in the 37th minute of the match. Real Académico De Fútbol's Reynaldo Frisco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Real Académico De Fútbol from getting a goal against them. When Serafin Cordera came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Central FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafin Cordera couldn't finish the play. In the 41st minute, Silvio Abajas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the match, Central FC's Hilario Sayvion broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Marciano Mateo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half Real Académico De Fútbol were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Saturnino Bemabe to strike the kick off in the second half. Reynaldo Frisco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marciano Mateo's shot from short distance in the 51st minute. After some careless play in the Real Académico De Fútbol defense, Hilario Sayvion kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reynaldo Frisco. The Real Académico De Fútbol fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reynaldo Frisco should have stopped the shot. Serafin Cordera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Frisco having to interfere. 60 minutes into the game, Nicanor Batista was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Académico De Fútbol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Central FC the free kick. 63 minutes into the match, Central FC's goalkeeper Leonides Oroitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicanor Batista. Reynaldo Frisco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marciano Mateo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Real Académico De Fútbol's Reynaldo Frisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafin Cordera in the 73rd minute of play. In the 80th minute Nicanor Batista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Oroitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicanor Batista got free with Leonides Oroitz in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82nd match minute, Central FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marciano Mateo to maneuver through the defense. Vicente Quintan lost his temper 83 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 83 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Central FC! Fulgencio Mateo hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. If Marciano Mateo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute.
