Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Candelaria's Felipe Gaizkine started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd match minute, Candelaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Bertin to maneuver through the defense. Melchor Buinton kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Candelaria's Felipe Gaizkine got a free kick in the 6th minute. Daniel Lixandro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Mel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Candelaria defense, Felipe Mel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Lixandro. The Candelaria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Lixandro should have stopped the shot. In the 15th minute, Tadeo Fidensio made a precise shot to the right of Pastor Gervaso. Potrero AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. 18 minutes into the match, Hernando Muñiz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Lixandro. Candelaria's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hernando Muñiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. With a little luck, Candelaria's Daniel Lixandro got control of the ball when Hernando Muñiz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Candelaria's Daniel Lixandro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Mel in the 24th minute of play. Felipe Gaizkine kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Daniel Lixandro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Therkel Starel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Candelaria's Daniel Lixandro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvio Olando in the 28th minute of play. Daniel Lixandro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gregorio Guifre in the 31st minute of play. Daniel Lixandro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Therkel Starel in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 33rd match minute, Candelaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Gaizkine to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Therkel Starel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Daniel Lixandro, 4-1. Therkel Starel did an outstanding performance 42 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 5-1 to the right of an irritated Daniel Lixandro in the goal. After a rather tough play, Potrero AFC's Gregorio Guifre got a free kick in the 45th minute. A collision led to Potrero AFC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Felipe Mel hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hernando Muñiz to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Felipe Mel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Lixandro was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. After 54 minutes of play, Potrero AFC's Felipe Mel made it 7-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Daniel Lixandro was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to Potrero AFC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Norberto Millano hit a great ball. In the 60th minute, Felipe Mel made a precise shot to the right of Daniel Lixandro. Candelaria's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-1. After some careless play in the Candelaria defense, Silvio Olando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Daniel Lixandro. The Candelaria fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Daniel Lixandro should have stopped the shot. Daniel Lixandro came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Potrero AFC's Therkel Starel. But to his dismay, Therkel Starel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-1. Daniel Lixandro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernando Muñiz in the 75th minute of the match. Daniel Lixandro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregorio Guifre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 76 minutes of play Candelaria's Melchor Buinton was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 77th minute, Melchor Buinton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Potrero AFC made a substitution. Camilo Quinten replaced Hernando Muñiz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Mel in the 79th minute of play forced Candelaria's goalkeeper Daniel Lixandro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Wen Shu Yang ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Daniel Lixandro was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-1. If Camilo Quinten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Lixandro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Guifre in the 88th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camilo Quinten in the 90th minute of play forced Candelaria's goalkeeper Daniel Lixandro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute Felipe Mel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Lixandro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Camilo Quinten recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Potrero AFC were the better team. Potrero AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
