Esteve Rius kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciro Lizbeth got free with Bruno Etxahun in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 15th match minute, WalterPLG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualter Cearense to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute, Andres Bemabe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mogote FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Celso Quinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Bemabe in the 27th minute of play. When Cazimir Cocoș fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored WalterPLG's protests and gave Cazimir Cocoș a yellow card for diving instead. Cazimir Cocoș hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Celso Quinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Mergildo, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the game, Mogote FC's Gerardo Azubeli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Celso Quinton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 34 minutes into the match, Mogote FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cazimir Cocoș came free, but Bruno Etxahun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andres Bemabe kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Gerardo Azubeli's late challenge caught a WalterPLG's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gerardo Azubeli helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of WalterPLG booed when Mogote FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Azubeli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruno Etxahun made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teo Madera in the 39th minute. Celso Quinton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andres Bemabe in the 42nd minute of play. Ciro Lizbeth struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Bruno Etxahun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for WalterPLG. Bruno Etxahun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cazimir Cocoș, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Candido Jerold charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Candido Jerold the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 48th minute, Candido Jerold hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The WalterPLG players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mogote FC were winning 0-2.

In the 53rd minute Andres Bemabe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celso Quinton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, WalterPLG's Celso Quinton got control of the ball when Vicente Mergildo tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Jose Tiniebra came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Mogote FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jose Tiniebra couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the Mogote FC defense, Teo Madera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Etxahun. The Mogote FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Etxahun should have stopped the shot. The WalterPLG fans' excitement grew in the 74th match minute when WalterPLG's Teo Madera looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Hipolito Inocente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mogote FC's Gerardo Azubeli got his second yellow card of the match in the 79th minute. The referee ordered Gerardo Azubeli off the ground. The supporters of WalterPLG booed when Mogote FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerardo Azubeli didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The WalterPLG fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mogote FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
