Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Silvestre Sanchez made the kick off which started today's match. Marciano Weterio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marciano Foro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. In the 4th minute, Ezequiel González hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Horacio Estefan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gavino Quico in the 7th minute of play. If Teobaldo Oxel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Gerli FC booed when Dúrham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Oxel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute Natalio Naelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Estefan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ezequiel González took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Horacio Estefan. Horacio Estefan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Dúrham's Horacio Estefan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel González in the 27th minute of play. Teobaldo Oxel took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marciano Foro. Marciano Foro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 31 played minutes Dúrham got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Dimas. Horacio Estefan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natalio Naelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Natalio Naelio came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Gerli FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Natalio Naelio couldn't finish the play. Horacio Estefan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Naelio in the 40th minute of play. Ulises Cordero scored 1-3 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Horacio Estefan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Teobaldo Oxel got free with Marciano Foro in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After the first half Gerli FC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Natalio Naelio made a kick off. Fulgencio Escobar kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Horacio Estefan acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 51st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Karol Przebendowski. 55 minutes into the match, Dúrham's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Quico came free, but Horacio Estefan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Natalio Naelio took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Horacio Estefan. Horacio Estefan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Horacio Estefan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulises Cordero in the 61st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Gerli FC's Natalio Naelio got a free kick in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Cordero in the 65th minute of play forced Dúrham's goalkeeper Horacio Estefan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gerli FC made a substitution. Alfredo Sustrai replaced Karol Przebendowski. In the 74th minute, Gerli FC's Natalio Naelio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. Gerli FC made a substitution. Victoriano Pierres replaced Gavino Quico. In the 86th minute, Amadeo Dimas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 88th minute, Victoriano Pierres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marciano Foro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Silvestre Sanchez went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. Gerli FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
