An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorio Tavio in the 8th minute of play forced Azul's goalkeeper Remigio Sanduru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sohcahtoa08's Tiburcio Monte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidio Isidor in the 9th minute of play. If Victorio Tavio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Remigio Sanduru showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Felipo in the 18th minute of the match. A collision led to Sohcahtoa08 getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Damian Felipo hit a great ball. When Candido Frutos fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sohcahtoa08's protests and gave Candido Frutos a yellow card for diving instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reynaldo Garikoitz got free with Tiburcio Monte in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 38th minute Victorio Tavio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remigio Sanduru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidio Isidor might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tiburcio Monte. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ovidio Isidor ran back to his position shaking his head. Damian Felipo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Reynaldo Garikoitz to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reynaldo Garikoitz in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiburcio Monte saved Sohcahtoa08 from getting behind. After 67 played minutes Sohcahtoa08 got a freekick which was hit by Tobias Kelemen. In the 68th minute, Reynaldo Garikoitz made a precise shot to the right of Tiburcio Monte. Sohcahtoa08's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. A collision led to Azul getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Esteve Gipuzkoa hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Victorio Tavio put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Remigio Sanduru. 80 minutes into the match, Sohcahtoa08's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Garikoitz came free, but Tiburcio Monte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
