After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Jonathan Chayo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jonathan Chayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Veremundo having to interfere. The referee ignored Marga FC's protests and gave Flavio Madeo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th match minute, Marga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Madeo to maneuver through the defense. When Jonathan Chayo came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Skid Row FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Chayo couldn't finish the play. In the 86th minute, Jonathan Chayo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erubiel Veremundo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Gavino Bastiaro's late challenge caught a Marga FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonathan Chayo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Erubiel Veremundo made a huge save. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Skid Row FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
