Eloy Romano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Mariano Galeno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonides Oliviero, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Jorrin got free with Mariano Galeno in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 26th minute FIORITO CITY were awarded a corner. Rodrigo Braña went to the cornerflag to take it. Luciano Madaleno tried in the 26th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Mariano Galeno a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-1. Saverio Orlin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eloy Romano having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Saverio Orlin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rafael Jorrin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Mariano Galeno made a huge save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When Aurelio Sarracino fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FIORITO CITY's protests and gave Aurelio Sarracino a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FIORITO CITY's Aurelio Sarracino got a free kick in the 51st minute. Mariano Galeno was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, FIORITO CITY's Ambrosio Gamus got a free kick in the 60th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Jorrin in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mariano Galeno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FIORITO CITY's Leonides Oliviero got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anier Cibran in the 70th minute of play forced Belloco's goalkeeper Mariano Galeno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Melquiades Sidoro got free with Eloy Romano in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mariano Galeno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anier Cibran, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ezequiel Gomesano during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Raul Jakobe charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raul Jakobe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mariano Galeno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Cambranes in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the FIORITO CITY players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
