The Academia NOFX fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Hernán Pajot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Spyros Zacharioudakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Nunez Hernandez fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Piratas FC's protests and gave Nunez Hernandez a yellow card for diving instead. Nunez Hernandez hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Kryspin Degutis charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kryspin Degutis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Roman Steven struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Hernán Pajot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piratas FC. Johan Loria's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Raimond Lenk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. The supporters of Academia NOFX booed when Piratas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Bernabel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Johan Loria came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Academia NOFX fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johan Loria couldn't finish the play. 42 minutes into the match, Piratas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Richie came free, but Raimond Lenk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hernán Pajot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Constantino Idacio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes had been played when some careless play by Academia NOFX's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Damian Bernabel was slow to take the kick. During this time Piratas FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Damian Bernabel got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hernán Pajot quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 46 minutes into the game, Maximino Endura was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Academia NOFX's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piratas FC the free kick. Maximino Endura hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Constantino Idacio was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Academia NOFX's goal looked a bit too open when Spyros Zacharioudakis came free, but Hernán Pajot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hernán Pajot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Spyros Zacharioudakis, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Hernán Pajot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Spyros Zacharioudakis in the 57th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Academia NOFX's Ludomir Michnik got a free kick in the 80th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Academia NOFX's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Idacio came free, but Hernán Pajot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Piratas FC's Spyros Zacharioudakis got a free kick in the 85th minute. Raimond Lenk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Johan Loria in the 89th minute of play. Mevlüt Tacir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raimond Lenk having to interfere. A collision led to Academia NOFX getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Guillermo Haimar hit a great ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Academia NOFX had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
