Leo Nesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Otsando, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Rufián's Fabian Timo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Javiero in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rufián's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Teobaldo Ponce was slow to take the kick. During this time Mervaleta FC's players had a chance to rest. Teobaldo Ponce made a great header on Mervaleta FC's corner, it was just that Rufián's Fabian Timo managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 13th match minute, Rufián was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angel Bordat to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute Rodrigo Kinsen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Nesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th match minute, Rufián was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualterio Henrico to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Rufián's zone, Dario Quexal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Timo came out of the goal and Dario Quexal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leo Nesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Figueroa in the 21st minute of the match. A collision led to Mervaleta FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Epifanio Javiero hit a great ball. 35 minutes into the match, Rufián's goalkeeper Fabian Timo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dario Quexal. 40 minutes into the game, Justino Erruki recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fabian Timo. Justino Erruki showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 43 played minutes Mervaleta FC got a freekick which was hit by Santo Herensuge. In the 44th minute Serafin Garaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Nesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Mervaleta FC's Leo Nesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Otsando in the 50th minute of play. Dario Quexal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Timo having to interfere. Tano Sampler fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Timo having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Justino Erruki ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabian Timo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Fabian Timo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Javiero in the 68th minute of play. Leo Nesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Figueroa, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Rufián made a substitution. Benedicto Evangelista replaced Jonas Figueroa. In the 85thth minute of the game Dario Quexal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rufián's Fabian Timo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Mervaleta FC's Leo Nesto got control of the ball when Benedicto Evangelista tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 90th minute, Gualterio Henrico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 92nd match minute, Rufián was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gualterio Henrico to maneuver through the defense. Mervaleta FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Rufián for a fine match.
