The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 11th minute Aquilino Palben shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Haitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florentino Weterio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Mota in the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Aaron Frantzes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nereo Cordarius hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The supporters of LOS HUITOS booed when Talleres FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prospero Astigar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Denis Haitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ariel Asur, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Bernardo Mota took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Florentino Weterio to make any attempt to save it. Bernardo Mota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Florentino Weterio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florentino Weterio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Mota, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Marciano Francesco hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Jorge Goren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. LOS HUITOS's Florentino Weterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Mota in the 54th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Talleres FC's Bernardo Mota sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Florentino Weterio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ariel Asur got free with Denis Haitz in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In a very dangerous position, a player in Talleres FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 63rd minute. Penalty! Talleres FC:s Denis Haitz showed great skill when he stopped Ariel Asur:s penalty. Primitivo Benat hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, LOS HUITOS's Denis Haitz threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aquilino Palben, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 72nd minute LOS HUITOS were awarded a corner. Santo Goito went to the cornerflag to take it. Talleres FC's Bernardo Mota quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Miguel Panfilo, made in the 73rd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Mota in the 74th minute of play forced LOS HUITOS's goalkeeper Florentino Weterio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 85 minutes of play, Talleres FC's Bernardo Mota made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Florentino Weterio was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, LOS HUITOS's Ariel Asur got a free kick in the 89th minute. Selmo Francisco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Weterio having to interfere. Prospero Astigar's late challenge caught a LOS HUITOS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Prospero Astigar helped the player get up and apologised. Prospero Astigar kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. A collision led to Talleres FC getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Jimeno Bertin hit a great ball. Talleres FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of LOS HUITOS for a fine match.
