Celedonio Lauro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Charlie Sundin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. The supporters of Club Atlético Longchamps booed when Ambargasta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimeno Diegotxe didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jimeno Diegotxe got free with Aurelio Barea in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Celedonio Lauro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Longchamps's supporters rose to their feet, but Celedonio Lauro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charlie Sundin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aurelio Barea stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jimeno Diegotxe's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, Ambargasta's Fabian Literski got a free kick in the 18th minute. A hard shot 20 in the game by Jimeno Diegotxe from a close distance when the talented Aurelio Barea managed to make a qualified save. Club Atlético Longchamps's players were relieved. Jacobo Fonticoba might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aurelio Barea. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jacobo Fonticoba ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Club Atlético Longchamps getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Camilo Corderun hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the game, Siro Luke was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Longchamps's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ambargasta the free kick. In the 28th minute, Siro Luke hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute Jacobo Fonticoba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Barea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ambargasta's Charlie Sundin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Lauro in the 32nd minute of play. Charlie Sundin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Lauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jimeno Diegotxe in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aurelio Barea saved Club Atlético Longchamps from getting behind. Ambargasta's Charlie Sundin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Galsino in the 40th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ambargasta's zone, Celedonio Lauro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Charlie Sundin came out of the goal and Celedonio Lauro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Siro Luke sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Club Atlético Longchamps booed when Ambargasta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Hermelando didn't get a good kick on the ball. Celedonio Lauro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Charlie Sundin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Celedonio Lauro came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Club Atlético Longchamps fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celedonio Lauro couldn't finish the play. In the 68th minute, Celedonio Lauro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Ambargasta's Charlie Sundin got control of the ball when Bernardo Galsino tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 75th play minutes Celedonio Lauro shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Charlie Sundin and just under the crossbar into goal. After a rather tough play, Ambargasta's Jesus Hermelando got a free kick in the 78th minute. Charlie Sundin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidel Ferrando in the 79th minute of the match. If Celedonio Lauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jimeno Diegotxe kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 89th minute Club Atlético Longchamps were awarded a corner. Fidel Ferrando went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Fidel Ferrando almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ambargasta's Charlie Sundin did a great save. Aurelio Barea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimeno Diegotxe in the 92nd minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Club Atlético Longchamps left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ambargasta.
