When Ortigol's Everardo Quinten in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Alfredo Nevada went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Alfredo Nevada got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Feliciano Soin quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Aquiles Cordairo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Quinten in the 23rd minute of the match. Feliciano Soin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Generoso Isadore in the 24th minute. In the 30th minute, Victorio Gaitano made a precise shot to the right of Feliciano Soin. Ortigol's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Aquiles Cordairo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcos Laffitte's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Silverio Harkaitz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Feliciano Soin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 47 minutes into the match, Ortigol's Marcos Laffitte sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aquiles Cordairo narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Everardo Quinten was the one to do the kick off. Everardo Quintens short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Aquiles Cordairo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 59 played minutes Ortigol got a freekick which was hit by Benito Abella. A collision led to Ortigol getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Marciano Llin hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the match, Ortigol's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Nevada came free, but Feliciano Soin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alejo Mino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Cordairo having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcos Laffitte got free with Aquiles Cordairo in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aquiles Cordairo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Laffitte in the 75th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Everardo Quinten in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquiles Cordairo saved Chatanooga F.C. from getting behind. After having played for 77 minutes, Marcos Laffitte managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ortigol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcos Laffitte was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Everardo Quinten hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Marcos Laffitte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 84 minutes, Joaquin Eudoxio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chatanooga F.C. and the Ortigol players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 84 played minutes Chatanooga F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Joaquin Eudoxio. Aquiles Cordairo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cirilo Porfiro. Everardo Quinten's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Aquiles Cordairo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Generoso Isadore's late challenge caught a Ortigol's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Generoso Isadore helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ortigol booed when Chatanooga F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generoso Isadore didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chatanooga F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Ortigol for a fine match.
