Daniel Boatca started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Freddy Basajaun in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Americo Criston saved Club Social San Cristobal from getting behind. In the 5th match minute, Club Social San Cristobal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Frederico to maneuver through the defense. Club Social San Cristobal's Americo Criston played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Basajaun in the 6th minute of play. Americo Criston took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Basajaun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 13 minutes into the match, Club Social San Cristobal's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Gai came free, but Americo Criston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Boatca came free with the goalkeeper in the 20th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Benny Stolpe could save by the left post. A collision led to Club Social San Cristobal getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Vicente Pere hit a great ball. Benny Stolpe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Reynardo in the 36th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Reynardo came free, but Benny Stolpe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Polybos Makricosta got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Benny Stolpe quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Cesar Garcia charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cesar Garcia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 41 played minutes C.A. BOCA JUNIORS got a freekick which was hit by Cesar Garcia. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Marco Reynardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Social San Cristobal's supporters rose to their feet, but Marco Reynardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benny Stolpe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 43 minutes, Aldo Rito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aldo Rito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Israel Macerio hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. In the 46th minute, Cesar Garcia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Freddy Basajaun to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Club Social San Cristobal's goal looked a bit too open when Freddy Basajaun came free, but Americo Criston reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Club Social San Cristobal's Americo Criston played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Basajaun in the 57th minute of play. With an all-out effort, C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's Americo Criston threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aldo Rito, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 65 played minutes Club Social San Cristobal got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Pere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marco Reynardo in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benny Stolpe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benny Stolpe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Boatca, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Freddy Basajaun who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Americo Criston when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A hard shot 83 in the game by Freddy Basajaun from a close distance when the talented Americo Criston managed to make a qualified save. Club Social San Cristobal's players were relieved. In the 85th minute Ferruccio Angelici shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benny Stolpe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Club Social San Cristobal's Daniel Boatca in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A. The audience was convinced that Daniel Boatca's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benny Stolpe was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's Cesar Garcia got a free kick in the 90th minute. Bernardo Montel scored 1-2 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Americo Criston, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle sounded C.A. BOCA JUNIORS left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Club Social San Cristobal.
