A collision led to Messi Dream Team getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Eustacio Frans hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, Messi Dream Team's Leonides Medardo threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ramon Amor, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Haroldo Solustiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Elias Macerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edmundo Vinhas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Leonides Medardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elias Macerio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edmundo Vinhas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marcos Dias hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Edmundo Vinhas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Leonides Medardo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Vinhas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute Ramon Amor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonides Medardo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th match minute, Messi Dream Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Bastiaro to maneuver through the defense. Messi Dream Team's Elias Macerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Solustiano in the 62nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, San Lorenzo de Mar del's Haroldo Solustiano got a free kick in the 64th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Olando in the 80th minute of play forced Messi Dream Team's goalkeeper Elias Macerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. San Lorenzo de Mar del's Leonides Medardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Vinhas in the 82nd minute of play. Leonides Medardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon Amor, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Leonides Medardo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramon Amor's shot from short distance in the 85th minute. A collision led to San Lorenzo de Mar del getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Sergio Blai hit a great ball. Leonides Medardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Vinhas in the 89th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Eustacio Frans in the 91st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by San Lorenzo de Mar del's Haroldo Solustiano.
