The Falkland Islands's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hugo Bizi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 23 minutes into the match, The Falkland Islands's goal looked a bit too open when Arkadiusz Ochylski came free, but Fausto Txaran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
