When Jan-Ove Ahlgren fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Faraday FC's protests and gave Jan-Ove Ahlgren a yellow card for diving instead. In the 4th minute Man Chester shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ildefonso Ikatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, one of Faraday FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Faraday FC. A collision led to Faraday FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Teofilo Frasquito hit a great ball. Yao Guang Chao made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teofilo Frasquito in the 21st minute. Ladislao Tximitx kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Ranolfo in the 31st minute of play forced Faraday FC's goalkeeper Ildefonso Ikatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Faraday FC's zone, Kryspin Ziemba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ildefonso Ikatz came out of the goal and Kryspin Ziemba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th minute Man Chester shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ildefonso Ikatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ildefonso Ikatz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kryspin Ziemba in the 37th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Man Chester's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ildefonso Ikatz was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. After some careless play in the Faraday FC defense, Man Chester kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ildefonso Ikatz. The Faraday FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ildefonso Ikatz should have stopped the shot. After having played for 46 minutes, Teofilo Frasquito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Faraday FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofilo Frasquito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Man Chester stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Abelardo Rosio might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ildefonso Ikatz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abelardo Rosio ran back to his position shaking his head. Ildefonso Ikatz made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Abelardo Rosio sent off a good shot on target. Yao Guang Chao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Frasquito in the 66th minute of the match. Ildefonso Ikatz was out of position in the 67 minute of play, and Kryspin Ziemba capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kryspin Ziemba really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Yaji FC's Pascual Pes was substituted for Giovani Mattos. In the 77th minute, 崔邦悦 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ildefonso Ikatz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Nicolás González showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 85 minute of play. Arturo Ranolfo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ildefonso Ikatz came out and tried to block the shot, but Arturo Ranolfo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 93rd minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Yaji FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
