Bernardo Venceslao showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulino Kusko, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After 4 played minutes Sevingé got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Remicio. Georges Marchais took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardo Venceslao. Bernardo Venceslao dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 11 minutes into the match, Sevingé's goal looked a bit too open when Georges Marchais came free, but Bernardo Venceslao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Georges Marchais put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Bernardo Venceslao. 16 minutes into the match, Georges Marchais had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernardo Venceslao. Sevingé's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Georges Marchais was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 19th minute Pablo Pitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Venceslao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Raul Jaunti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Bernardo Venceslao was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 28 minutes into the match, Raul Jaunti had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernardo Venceslao. Sevingé's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raul Jaunti was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Bernardo Venceslao took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislao Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bernardo Venceslao didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gervasio Ted went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. Bernardo Venceslao didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pablo Pitin went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. After 40 minutes of play, Caldas De Reis's Ladislao Neto made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bernardo Venceslao was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bernardo Venceslao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Jaunti in the 43rd minute of the match. Sevingé's Bernardo Venceslao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Ted in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-8.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulino Kusko made a kick off. Federico Horado's late challenge caught a Caldas De Reis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Federico Horado helped the player get up and apologised. After 52 played minutes Sevingé got a freekick which was hit by Federico Horado. 56 minutes into the game, Flavio Remicio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sevingé's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caldas De Reis the free kick. The supporters of Caldas De Reis booed when Sevingé was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Remicio didn't get a good kick on the ball. During the 58th minute of the match Flavio Remicio completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Flavio Remicio a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Sevingé's Flavio Remicio got a free kick in the 59th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Caldas De Reis's Paulino Kusko sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bernardo Venceslao narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Caldas De Reis's Paulino Kusko shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 61st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Bernardo Venceslao but with some difficulty. Sevingé's Bernardo Venceslao proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Sevingé from getting a goal against them. Santos Cordarryl hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 70 minutes into the match, Sevingé's goal looked a bit too open when Gervasio Ted came free, but Bernardo Venceslao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Venceslao showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Jaunti in the 74th minute of the match. With an all-out effort, Caldas De Reis's Bernardo Venceslao threw himself towards the right post 75 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ladislao Neto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a little luck, Sevingé's Bernardo Venceslao got control of the ball when Pablo Pitin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bernardo Venceslao came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Caldas De Reis's Paulino Kusko. But to his dismay, Paulino Kusko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-10. 81 minutes into the game, Paulino Kusko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. Bernardo Venceslao was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Georges Marchais might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernardo Venceslao. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Georges Marchais ran back to his position shaking his head. Bernardo Venceslao made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Raul Jaunti sent off a good shot on target. Paulino Kusko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Bernardo Venceslao made a huge save. Melchor Nofre hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. When Zeledon Enaut came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Caldas De Reis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zeledon Enaut couldn't finish the play. After having played for 93 minutes, Gervasio Ted managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caldas De Reis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gervasio Ted was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Caldas De Reis's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
