Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Virgilio Casado started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Nexhmi Gunga dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arsenio Frascuelo, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Santio in the 6th minute of play forced C.A. Abismo's goalkeeper Cecilio Bertol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the C.A. Abismo defense, 江镇剑 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cecilio Bertol. The C.A. Abismo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cecilio Bertol should have stopped the shot. If Nexhmi Gunga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Nexhmi Gunga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Leon Feo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cecilio Bertol. C.A. Abismo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leon Feo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Cecilio Bertol stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arnulfo Santio's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. The corner led Anguilan FC's Hilario Luar to fire away a dangerous shot which Cecilio Bertol despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Anguilan FC's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Casado came free, but Arsenio Frascuelo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bonifacio Argenis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Nexhmi Gunga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Arnulfo Santio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Anguilan FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Virgilio Casado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Arsenio Frascuelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Anguilan FC were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience was convinced that Leon Feo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cecilio Bertol was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by C.A. Abismo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hilario Luar was slow to take the kick. During this time Anguilan FC's players had a chance to rest. Anguilan FC's Arsenio Frascuelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Virgilio Casado in the 56th minute of play. When C.A. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Cecilio Bertol successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With an all-out effort, Anguilan FC's Cecilio Bertol threw himself towards the right post 66 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Leon Feo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 67 minutes C.A. Abismo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hilario Luar who took care of the corner kick. Severo Quilino's shot from long distance in the 77th minute was not bad at all, but C.A. Abismo's Cecilio Bertol knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Cecilio Bertol made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Arnulfo Santio sent off a good shot on target. 81 minutes into the match, C.A. Abismo's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Feo came free, but Cecilio Bertol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute Arnulfo Santio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cecilio Bertol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bonifacio Argenis charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bonifacio Argenis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to C.A. Abismo getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Bonifacio Argenis hit a great ball. 89 minutes into the match, Luis Arixo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arsenio Frascuelo. Anguilan FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Arixo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. Jorge Herauso's late challenge caught a Anguilan FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Herauso helped the player get up and apologised. Anguilan FC's Cornelio Bingen was substituted for Eduardo Bakar. In the 95th minute, Jorge Herauso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
