A hard shot by Marcelino Ireno from long distance, 12 minutes into the match, got Alvaro Urre's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Gartzea in the 13th minute of play forced Inter de Monte Grande fc's goalkeeper Leon Avellaneda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the game, Elpidio Malvin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alvaro Urre. Elpidio Malvin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 21 played minutes Rosario Central got a freekick which was hit by Teodor Ugúrchinski. Paulino Onofre hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Leon Avellaneda came out of the goal and Rodolfo Egoi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Egoi in the 63rd minute of play forced Inter de Monte Grande fc's goalkeeper Leon Avellaneda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute Elpidio Malvin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Urre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alvaro Urre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Malvin, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Rosario Central's Alvaro Urre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Gilabert in the 96th minute of play.
