An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Petrigai in the 31st minute of play forced Esteco's goalkeeper Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Platon in the 32nd minute of the match. 34 minutes into the match, Cóndor Football Club's goalkeeper Evaristo Sabino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Norberto-Osvaldo Alonso. Esteco's Amadeo-Raúl Carrizo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Platon in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute Jiří Petera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Sabino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 42 minutes, Felix Platon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cóndor Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Platon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Epifanio Gergori's late challenge caught a Esteco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Epifanio Gergori helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Esteco booed when Cóndor Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position.
