Cecilio Richie showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. 17 minutes into the match, Descado's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Toney came free, but Fulgencio Lano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute, Ivan Toney made a precise shot to the right of Fulgencio Lano. Descado's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. After a rather tough play, Descado's Díaz Banana got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Fulgencio Lano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvio Baleren, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Fulgencio Lano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivan Toney in the 24th minute of the match. In the 28th minute Serafin Quentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Lano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Fulgencio Lano managed to avoid a goal in the 29thth minute, when Malvinas Argentinas's Serafin Quentin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Evert Gråberg hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the game, Miguel Ciceron lined in a short shot 5-0 behind a frustrated Fulgencio Lano. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Toney in the 33rd minute of play forced Descado's goalkeeper Fulgencio Lano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivan Toney recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Evert Gråberg kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Leon Przybylo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fulgencio Lano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Toney, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

Hernan Ireno charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hernan Ireno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Malvinas Argentinas booed when Descado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernan Ireno didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Cecilio Richie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 60 played minutes Descado got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Ireno. Fulgencio Lano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafin Quentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 62 minutes into the game, Malvinas Argentinas's Serafin Quentin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fulgencio Lano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Hernan Ireno kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Fulgencio Lano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafin Quentin in the 67th minute of play. Hernan Ireno might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ermegildo Baristo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hernan Ireno ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 72 minutes, Serafin Quentin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malvinas Argentinas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serafin Quentin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benjamin Medero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fulgencio Lano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafin Quentin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leon Przybylo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute, Ermegildo Baristo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin Quentin in the 87th minute of play forced Descado's goalkeeper Fulgencio Lano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Descado's Leon Przybylo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ermegildo Baristo. Ermegildo Baristo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-1.
