Victoriano Millrick recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 6 minutes into the match, Alonzo Montxo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teodoro Jeraldo. Barsa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alonzo Montxo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antim Drashanski in the 9th minute of play forced Los Picantes's goalkeeper Esteban Ovando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Norberto Estevon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Picantes's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Genaro Bela in the 17th minute. Genaro Bela made a great header on Los Picantes's corner, it was just that Barsa FC's Teodoro Jeraldo managed to reach the ball for a save. Esteban Ovando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antim Drashanski in the 19th minute of the match. Esteban Ovando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antim Drashanski, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. It was a well-played corner which Cipriano Krawczyk managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Esteban Ovando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Martine, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Esteban Ovando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto Estevon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Los Picantes's Esteban Ovando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antim Drashanski in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute Antim Drashanski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Ovando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Norberto Estevon made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antim Drashanski in the 50th minute of play forced Los Picantes's goalkeeper Esteban Ovando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Everardo Cresitobalo got free with Esteban Ovando in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 52nd minute Norberto Estevon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Ovando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. One of Los Picantes:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Barsa FC:s goal. In the 78thth minute of the game Antim Drashanski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Picantes's Esteban Ovando was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Los Picantes's goalkeeper Esteban Ovando had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Martine. Barsa FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
