After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Olov Siggman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fraga Fútbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Olov Siggman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Cedro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rodrigo Gau made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Nicanor Micael sent off a good shot on target. 18 minutes into the game, Fraga Fútbol Club's Olov Siggman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ivan Cedro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 28th minute, Damian Ibon made a precise shot to the right of Ivan Cedro. El fortinero's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After 30 minutes of play, Fraga Fútbol Club's Junior Villate made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Cedro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Rodrigo Gau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eliseo Sol in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute, Olov Siggman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ivan Cedro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olov Siggman in the 38th minute of play. In the 43rd minute, El fortinero's Eulalio Martxot dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. In the 47th match minute, Fraga Fútbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Dodorol to maneuver through the defense. Rodrigo Gau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jairo Liberto in the 48th minute. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olov Siggman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, El fortinero's goal looked a bit too open when Olov Siggman came free, but Ivan Cedro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to El fortinero getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Bernabe Orzaize hit a great ball. 55 minutes into the match, Fraga Fútbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Micael came free, but Rodrigo Gau reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Olov Siggman fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ivan Cedro, passed just outside the right post. Rodrigo Gau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Martxot, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Junior Villate kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ivan Cedro. That made the score 1-4 in the 65 minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 68th minute by Junior Villate got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 70 minutes into the match, Gavino Amaya notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of El fortinero's Ivan Cedro. Ivan Cedro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Martxot in the 74th minute of play forced Fraga Fútbol Club's goalkeeper Rodrigo Gau to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, El fortinero's goalkeeper Ivan Cedro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Junior Villate. Fraga Fútbol Club were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after El fortinero's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Olov Siggman took the corner. Fraga Fútbol Club's Rodrigo Gau played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Sol in the 82nd minute of play. Rodrigo Gau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Sol, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. After 96 played minutes El fortinero got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Micael. The Fraga Fútbol Club supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Fraga Fútbol Club would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
