Candido Celipe was slow to take the kick. During this time Patoruzek's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Patoruzek's Eriberto Eladio getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Patoruzek's Florentino Cesario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Palban in the 27th minute of play. With a little luck, Iluminados por El Sensei's Sepp Maier got control of the ball when Eriberto Eladio tried to sneak it across the goal line.
