Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) 11 minutes into the match, River Plate's Amerigo Di Mattia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiburcio Romelio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Luis Niva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 23 minutes, Amerigo Di Mattia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. River Plate's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amerigo Di Mattia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Paolo Ignazio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 35 minutes into the match, River Plate's goalkeeper Benigno Rafe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paolo Ignazio. Jaroslaw Gongolewicz struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Benigno Rafe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Serrano FC. After 46 minutes, Ariel Tajo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Serrano FC and the River Plate players grew even worse after the yellow card. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Astor Padro to make the kick off. Benigno Rafe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jaroslaw Gongolewicz went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Jaroslaw Gongolewicz took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benigno Rafe. Benigno Rafe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Martin Erdiano struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Benigno Rafe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Serrano FC. 74 minutes into the match, Serrano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Astor Padro came free, but Tiburcio Romelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaudencio Harri hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. A collision led to River Plate getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Frank Marini hit a great ball. Martin Erdiano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benigno Rafe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. Benigno Rafe came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Serrano FC's Martin Erdiano. But to his dismay, Martin Erdiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. In the 80th minute, Javier Quirze hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 83 minutes of play, Serrano FC's Jaroslaw Gongolewicz made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benigno Rafe was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, River Plate's Jorge Rafael got a free kick in the 94th minute. Jaroslaw Gongolewicz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benigno Rafe having to make a save. Serrano FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
