Federico Furtado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Maiorga, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Conrado Maiorga kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Federico Furtado. That made the score 1-3 in the 94 minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Deportivo Diamante U18 eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
