The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Felipe Jeraldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 6th minute Ceferino Pero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Pirmin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teobaldo Formerio took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Apolo Pirmin. Apolo Pirmin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Felipe Jeraldo struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Apolo Pirmin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CHACAL fc. Apolo Pirmin made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Teobaldo Formerio sent off a good shot on target. Justino Stephen hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Apolo Pirmin made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Ceferino Pero sent off a good shot on target. 21 minutes into the match, Ánimas's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Martino came free, but Apolo Pirmin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Jeraldo in the 23rd minute of play forced Ánimas's goalkeeper Apolo Pirmin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Fernandez in the 24th minute of play forced CHACAL fc's goalkeeper Corrado Cardella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ánimas's Apolo Pirmin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Ánimas from getting a goal against them. Apolo Pirmin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Jeraldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 32nd match minute, Ánimas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Hustaz to maneuver through the defense. In the 37th minute Nikola Shtirkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Pirmin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ánimas's Eulalio Bihar got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 45th play minute Ceferino Pero came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Apolo Pirmin. 3-0. Ceferino Pero came free with the goalkeeper in the 48th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Apolo Pirmin could save by the left post.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Teobaldo Formerio to strike the kick off in the second half. Ánimas's Apolo Pirmin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Formerio in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Justino Stephen in the 53rd minute of play forced Ánimas's goalkeeper Apolo Pirmin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Ánimas defense, Teobaldo Formerio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Apolo Pirmin. The Ánimas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Apolo Pirmin should have stopped the shot. Apolo Pirmin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Jeraldo went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Ceferino Elorri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ánimas's supporters rose to their feet, but Ceferino Elorri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Corrado Cardella breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Corrado Cardella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Elorri in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Ceferino Pero made a precise shot to the right of Apolo Pirmin. Ánimas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Ánimas's Apolo Pirmin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceferino Pero in the 70th minute of play. But to his dismay, Felipe Jeraldo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. After 86 played minutes Ánimas got a freekick which was hit by Rogelio Ulizes. Apolo Pirmin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basilio Macerio in the 88th minute of the match. The supporters of CHACAL fc booed when Ánimas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Menendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 10-0 became the score in the 91st minute when Basilio Macerio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Felipe Jeraldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the CHACAL fc players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
