Chupan Moco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aureliano Ovando went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of C. A. BELGRANO booed when La Armada Buscapina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Papaggelatos didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Alejandro Papaggelatos came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the La Armada Buscapina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alejandro Papaggelatos couldn't finish the play. Chupan Moco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Eladio in the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, C. A. BELGRANO's goalkeeper Martin Rito had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abdullatif Özdağ. Abdullatif Özdağ received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Martin Rito came out and tried to block the shot, but Abdullatif Özdağ slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 26th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alejandro Papaggelatos in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Martin Rito saved C. A. BELGRANO from getting behind. Alejandro Papaggelatos struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Martin Rito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Armada Buscapina. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Eladio in the 39th minute of play forced La Armada Buscapina's goalkeeper Chupan Moco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chupan Moco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo Eladio in the 40th minute of play. Chupan Moco stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustavo Eladio's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Armada Buscapina's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Aureliano Ovando was slow to take the kick. During this time C. A. BELGRANO's players had a chance to rest. In the 45th minute Jaime Alfonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chupan Moco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gustavo Eladio to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes La Armada Buscapina got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Papaggelatos. Gustavo Eladio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Chupan Moco made a huge save. If Alejandro Papaggelatos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alejandro Papaggelatos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. C. A. BELGRANO's Melchor Galindo was substituted for Jaime Alfonso. La Armada Buscapina made a substitution. Simon Abascal replaced Casimiro Librado. La Armada Buscapina's Denílson Ronaldinho was substituted for Alejandro Papaggelatos. Amancio Pinto made in the 67th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Rigoberto Lauaxeta however managed to control. Martin Rito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Denílson Ronaldinho went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 73 minutes, Denílson Ronaldinho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Armada Buscapina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Denílson Ronaldinho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. La Armada Buscapina's attentive 贺剑永 managed to snatch the ball when Washington Santos made a throw-in in the 76th minute of the game. After 77 minutes of play, La Armada Buscapina's 贺剑永 made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Martin Rito was left in no man's land by his defense there! Denílson Ronaldinho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Rito having to interfere. After 90 played minutes La Armada Buscapina got a freekick which was hit by Esteban Cambiasso. Chupan Moco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Onur Ali Cespan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. La Armada Buscapina were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of C. A. BELGRANO for a fine match.
