In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Vieja Guarida FC's goalkeeper Apolo Erroman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jeremias Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Ereinotz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Witold Ciempa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Apolo Erroman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lu Guang Lang in the 24th minute of the match. Apolo Erroman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witold Ciempa in the 28th minute of play. When Mariusz Chlapowski came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the La Vieja Guarida FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariusz Chlapowski couldn't finish the play. La Vieja Guarida FC's Apolo Erroman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lu Guang Lang in the 46th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Apolo Erroman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Rexino, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 68th minute, Witold Ciempa made a precise shot to the right of Apolo Erroman. La Vieja Guarida FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 74th minute of the match Ingvar Lundqvist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Apolo Erroman skillfully saved the ball. In the 75th minute, Cremonese's Witold Ciempa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Apolo Erroman. Apolo Erroman yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. La Vieja Guarida FC's Emanuel Oliviero was substituted for Mariusz Chlapowski. 84 minutes into the match, Cremonese's goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Lizar came free, but Jeremias Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Apolo Erroman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro Rexino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Feliksas Obrikis fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Vieja Guarida FC's protests and gave Feliksas Obrikis a yellow card for diving instead. La Vieja Guarida FC's Apolo Erroman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save La Vieja Guarida FC from getting a goal against them. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Cremonese walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
