With an all-out effort, Argentinos de Bien's Uriel Lano threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Emilio Tonio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 17th minute Bai Yan Zhen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Lano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esteban Kaiet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin-Daniel Palermo in the 20th minute of play. CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854's Uriel Lano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854 from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Martin-Daniel Palermo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Esteban Kaiet was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Argentinos de Bien's Esteban Kaiet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin-Daniel Palermo in the 31st minute of play. Uriel Lano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Tonio, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. 42 minutes into the match, CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Tonio came free, but Uriel Lano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Argentinos de Bien's Emilio Tonio in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. But to his dismay, Martin-Daniel Palermo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 54th match minute, Argentinos de Bien was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edvin Algren to maneuver through the defense. Martin-Daniel Palermo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Esteban Kaiet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 59 minutes into the match, Argentinos de Bien's goalkeeper Esteban Kaiet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin-Daniel Palermo. In the 61st minute, Martin-Daniel Palermo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Uriel Lano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bai Yan Zhen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bai Yan Zhen might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Uriel Lano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bai Yan Zhen ran back to his position shaking his head. The Argentinos de Bien fans' excitement grew in the 71st match minute when Argentinos de Bien's Bai Yan Zhen looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 77th minute, Emilio Tonio made a precise shot to the right of Uriel Lano. CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. In the 81st minute, CLUB QUEQUÉN 1854's Martin-Daniel Palermo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Esteban Kaiet. Esteban Kaiet yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-4. In the 94th minute, Nicolae Aalexoaiei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute, Bonifacio Bartoli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
