If David Rios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute Thorvald Egfjord shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egemen Servet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Bernabe Favila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Brujas KV's Inge Marin got control of the ball when Yusuf Yazıcı tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernabe Favila in the 21st minute of play forced Brujas KV's goalkeeper Inge Marin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Egemen Servet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Rios in the 32nd minute of play. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brujas KV's goalkeeper Inge Marin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Bernabe Favila's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Inge Marin was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game.

Bulldog 07's Paşa Ali Karahan was substituted for Bernabe Favila. 64 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bulldog 07's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Thorvald Egfjord was slow to take the kick. During this time Brujas KV's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Brujas KV's corner Thorvald Egfjord fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Egemen Servet quite easily take care of the ball. Brujas KV's Inge Marin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paşa Ali Karahan in the 66th minute of play. Inge Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Silvino in the 68th minute of play. When Paşa Ali Karahan came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Bulldog 07 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paşa Ali Karahan couldn't finish the play. Brujas KV's Octavio Rosio was substituted for David Rios. Inge Marin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paşa Ali Karahan, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brujas KV's goalkeeper Inge Marin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 84 minutes into the game, Óli Manfredi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Egemen Servet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Inge Marin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paşa Ali Karahan in the 90th minute of the match. Bulldog 07's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
