Erasmo Mannuel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 94th minute, TalleresUnited's Ivan Jacindo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind José Chilavert. José Chilavert yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Catarinense F.C. had won after a very even match.
