After having played for 5 minutes, Carlos Cesaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MARTINETA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Cesaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ringo Howard's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bartolo Beliran firmly grabbed it by the left post. MARTINETA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Fred Nilsson scored to the left of an out of position Bartolo Beliran, making the score, 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, Fred Nilsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bartolo Beliran, 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Cesaro in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jake Leonard saved WINNING ELEVEN from getting behind. Bartolo Beliran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fred Nilsson in the 25th minute of play. Bartolo Beliran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Nilsson in the 28th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Carlos Cesaro in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jake Leonard saved WINNING ELEVEN from getting behind. The supporters of MARTINETA booed when WINNING ELEVEN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred Nilsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patricio Ostadar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Cesaro made a kick off. After 50 played minutes WINNING ELEVEN got a freekick which was hit by Neron Veterini. WINNING ELEVEN's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Andro Reiman in the 53rd minute. Ladislao Ermengol kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. MARTINETA's Bartolo Beliran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neron Veterini in the 66th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, WINNING ELEVEN's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Cesaro came free, but Jake Leonard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. WINNING ELEVEN's Jake Leonard played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Cesaro in the 72nd minute of play. Bartolo Beliran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patricio Ostadar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MARTINETA made a substitution. Jake Leonard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexander Buonanno, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. WINNING ELEVEN had won after a very even match.
