Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) In the 6th match minute, Erco Vogum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elís Skorrason to maneuver through the defense. 8 minutes into the match, Erco Vogum's goal looked a bit too open when Heilmóður Hjálmtýsson came free, but Kolviður Arnaldsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hjörleifur Bergþórsson kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elís Skorrason in the 12th minute of play forced Pottarnir's goalkeeper Þorsteinn Ásgrímsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hersveinn Guðjónsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Þorsteinn Ásgrímsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elís Skorrason sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kolviður Arnaldsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mathías Dalmarsson went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. If Hersveinn Guðjónsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Þorsteinn Ásgrímsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elís Skorrason, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Heilmóður Hjálmtýsson in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kolviður Arnaldsson saved Erco Vogum from getting behind. Hildiþór Kristbergsson hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Heilmóður Hjálmtýsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kolviður Arnaldsson was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
Kolviður Arnaldsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heilmóður Hjálmtýsson in the 51st minute of the match. 55 minutes into the game, Pottarnir's Mathías Dalmarsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kolviður Arnaldsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Pottarnir's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Elís Skorrason scored to the left of an out of position Þorsteinn Ásgrímsson, making the score, 2-1. Herjólfur Kormáksson kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Kolviður Arnaldsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heilmóður Hjálmtýsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Heilmóður Hjálmtýsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Kolviður Arnaldsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kolviður Arnaldsson came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Pottarnir's Heilmóður Hjálmtýsson. But to his dismay, Heilmóður Hjálmtýsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Erco Vogum's Ingjaldur Ottósson couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 89th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Pottarnir. Pottarnir's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
