Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The crowd rose to their feet as Víkingur Rafnkelsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Muggur Viðarsson. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Guðbjartur Kristófersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Brynþór Ingólfsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th match minute, HGJ Bolungarvík was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hrappur Víkingsson to maneuver through the defense. When Skarp Bæ's Víkingur Rafnkelsson in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye HGJ Bolungarvík's goalie prevented a goal. Funi Sigfússon kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Funi Sigfússon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Brynþór Ingólfsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Guðbjartur Kristófersson came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the HGJ Bolungarvík fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guðbjartur Kristófersson couldn't finish the play. Funi Sigfússon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Muggur Viðarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Víkingur Rafnkelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Brynþór Ingólfsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Funi Sigfússon went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Funi Sigfússon in the 40th minute of play forced Skarp Bæ's goalkeeper Brynþór Ingólfsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Funi Sigfússon struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Brynþór Ingólfsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HGJ Bolungarvík. 44 minutes into the match, Skarp Bæ's goal looked a bit too open when Funi Sigfússon came free, but Brynþór Ingólfsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flóki Þorleifsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muggur Viðarsson having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Víkingur Rafnkelsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Muggur Viðarsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Skarp Bæ's Flóki Þorleifsson got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 54 played minutes HGJ Bolungarvík got a freekick which was hit by Hrappur Víkingsson. 57 minutes into the match, Funi Sigfússon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Brynþór Ingólfsson, 2-2. Lýður Hænsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Skarp Bæ fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 69th minute. Penalty! Jóann Árbjartsson placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 74th minute, Lýður Hænsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Skarp Bæ getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Hróar Gretarsson hit a great ball. Guðbjartur Kristófersson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Brynþór Ingólfsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Guðbjartur Kristófersson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Funi Sigfússon managed to get in a good position for a shot. HGJ Bolungarvík's supporters rose to their feet, but Funi Sigfússon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Brynþór Ingólfsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Funi Sigfússon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Brynþór Ingólfsson having to make a save. Funi Sigfússon struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Brynþór Ingólfsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HGJ Bolungarvík. The crowd rose to their feet as HGJ Bolungarvík's Guðbjartur Kristófersson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Brynþór Ingólfsson. That made the score 2-4 after 97 minutes of play. HGJ Bolungarvík played a much better game than Skarp Bæ and deserved their victory. The Skarp Bæ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
