Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Vladimir Jovasević started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Vladimir Jovasević fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Todor Stjepović having to interfere. Zoran Nosović could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Dojčilo Vidosavljević made a huge save. After 11 played minutes Novi Sad got a freekick which was hit by Milijan Gojak. After 14 played minutes Novi Sad got a freekick which was hit by Radovan Kamaljević. Novi Sad's Todor Stjepović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vladimir Jovasević in the 16th minute of play. The supporters of Kragujevac FK booed when Novi Sad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zoran Nosović didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Igor Alibabić, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 20 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Todor Stjepović was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. If Igor Alibabić had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Igor Alibabić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Todor Stjepović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute of the match, Zoran Nosović got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dojčilo Vidosavljević was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, Kragujevac FK's Dojčilo Vidosavljević got control of the ball when Zoran Nosović tried to sneak it across the goal line. Todor Stjepović came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Kragujevac FK's Igor Alibabić. But to his dismay, Igor Alibabić quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After the first half Kragujevac FK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

56 minutes into the match, Novi Sad's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimir Jovasević came free, but Todor Stjepović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kirilo Brezančić hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Vladimir Jovasević received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Todor Stjepović came out and tried to block the shot, but Vladimir Jovasević slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 59th minute. Zoran Nosović's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dojčilo Vidosavljević read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. The supporters of Novi Sad booed when Kragujevac FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Spomenko Paljević didn't get a good kick on the ball. Radovan Kamaljević took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dojčilo Vidosavljević. Kragujevac FK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Vladimir Jovasević left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kragujevac FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 86thth minute of the game Momčilo Pajović who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kragujevac FK's Dojčilo Vidosavljević was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Igor Alibabić blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Todor Stjepović having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Spomenko Paljević managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kragujevac FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Spomenko Paljević was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Todor Stjepović breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Vladimir Jovasević had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kragujevac FK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
