Srba Malenčić took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kosta Mrđenović. Sjenica OFK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Obrad Simović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Milija Graovac received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Kosta Mrđenović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Sjenica OFK's Grgur Stojmirović got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute Milija Graovac shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kosta Mrđenović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cvijetin Markićević during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th match minute, Sjenica OFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cvijetin Markićević to maneuver through the defense. Kosta Mrđenović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milija Graovac in the 20th minute of the match. Golubac OFK's Steva Šišić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dojčilo Marić in the 34th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Sjenica OFK's goal looked a bit too open when Obrad Simović came free, but Kosta Mrđenović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dojčilo Marić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sjenica OFK's Cvijetin Markićević got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Cvijetin Markićević made the kick off in the second half. Obrad Simović received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Kosta Mrđenović tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Obrad Simović in the 59th minute of play forced Sjenica OFK's goalkeeper Kosta Mrđenović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cvijetin Markićević sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stojan Bjelić's late challenge caught a Sjenica OFK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stojan Bjelić helped the player get up and apologised. Dojčilo Marić hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. If Obrad Simović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kosta Mrđenović made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Milija Graovac sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Sjenica OFK's Jerotije Međedović got a free kick in the 87th minute. Milija Graovac charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Milija Graovac the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Golubac OFK getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Milija Graovac hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Golubac OFK's zone, Cvijetin Markićević stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Steva Šišić came out of the goal and Cvijetin Markićević tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 94th match minute, Golubac OFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miloš Čarapić to maneuver through the defense. After 96 minutes, Dojčilo Marić made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Golubac OFK's Steva Šišić tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Sjenica OFK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Golubac OFK had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
