Leo Anđić might have been able to make a better finish in the 13th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teodor Stankov. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leo Anđić ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 17th minute, Hasan Duraković left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Opovo OFK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Antonije Bošnjak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Slobodan Ponjavić having to interfere. Opovo OFK's Hasan Duraković got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hasan Duraković in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Slobodan Ponjavić prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teodor Stankov made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Leo Anđić sent off a good shot on target. 31 minutes into the game, Milenko Mrđanin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sirig OFK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Opovo OFK the free kick. Milenko Mrđanin kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. The supporters of Sirig OFK booed when Opovo OFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Darko Stirbanović didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 48th minute there was a penalty for Opovo OFK. Stefan Aničić stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Slobodan Ponjavić. 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The wind increased when Hasan Duraković made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Sirig OFK's goal looked a bit too open when Hasan Duraković came free, but Slobodan Ponjavić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonije Bošnjak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Slobodan Ponjavić having to interfere. When Sirig OFK's Milojko Despotović in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Milojko Despotović had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 played minutes Sirig OFK got a freekick which was hit by Uroš Mudreša. 80 minutes into the match, Opovo OFK's Hasan Duraković sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Slobodan Ponjavić narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Sirig OFK getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Zoran Mujić hit a great ball. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sirig OFK's goalkeeper Slobodan Ponjavić, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Teodor Stankov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Anđić, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Milojko Despotović took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodor Stankov. Teodor Stankov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. The Opovo OFK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
